Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s best dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries—making it an ideal choice for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

Relaxing Vacation

We stayed at this property during the last week of June. Great view of Round Lake, walk to downtown Charlevoix, the beach, and the ferry. Easy access to golf, cycling, and sunset lake cruise. Perfect location! Beautifully appointed 1-bedroom condo exactly as described. We will definitely be back.

We originally rented the property for just one night, but decided to extend our stay we liked it so much! The property is perfectly located downtown, right on the water. We were able to enjoy the view and relax in front of the fireplace for hours. The property was extremely clean and well appointed, we felt taken care of and everything we needed was available without issue. We will definitely be staying here again when a weekend getaway is needed!

Nice Getaway

My husband & I loved this clean, well decorated small lakefront condo! We stayed only two nights for a little getaway; we could easily have stayed longer. The condo is on Round Lake which is the waterway connecting Lake Michigan & Lake Charlevoix. Easy walk over the drawbridge to downtown Charlevoix with restaurants & shops. The furniture was comfortable. Great shower!! Although this condo didn’t have a balcony or patio, the sliding glass door allowed for fresh air & the view was phenomenal! We had a hard time finding the switch for the bedroom ceiling fan (behind the TV on wall). Everything else about the condo made for a really nice stay. We can’t wait to come back!! Highly recommend!
