"My family’s experiance was pretty good. The only negatives was the beds were so uncomfortable and it took us a while to get used to the elevators, they don’t have floor numbers inside. Also you cannot get dropped off in front of the hotel. You have to get dropped off by the turnaround. The entrance is little hidden within buildings."

"The atmosphere was very welcoming. Extremely kind staff they were quick and efficient. The rooms were spacious and clean. Also, kept us stocked with coffee cups and towels. Definitely will be booking again at the Marriott."

"Check out is at 12noon, decided to sleep in, hang the do not disturb sign but was awaken by loud knocks at around 10am. The lady on the other side of the door kept saying housekeeping and it really not good as I need the sleep really bad. The room is quite small and the building is old. The coffee maker/station is next to the toilet in the bathroom,"

"My brother and I stayed in a room together. I had no privacy to change no door on bathroom area. I had to use closet and bath room door for privacy. Also no good breakfast spot and everybody loves breakfast. Had to leave facility to sit down and eat breakfast before getting on highway back home after paying almost 600$ and I have to leave the facility to enjoy a good breakfast. Never again."

"This was such a bad experience. First, they charge me for my room at check in even though I paid in full when I made the reservation. Secondly, I thought breakfast was included but was informed it wasn't (not sure if I misread that). Third, I chose this place specifically for the pool just to find out they won't open it until Memorial Day weekend. I was so disappointed since my five-year-old was looking forward to some indoor pool time. Aside from that the front desk was not helpful and rude when trying to solve a parking situation. I paid for daily parking passes that were not working. The room service actually had my boys outside the room to clean it up when they were supposed to be getting ready for a 12 pm event. Overall, one of the worst experiences by Hilton. "

"The hotel is fine a little dated. Peeling paid fridge outside of cabinet just on the floor. Outlet cover coming out of the walk. Overall nice place needs some attention to the details"

"Nice quiet location, classy hotel, lovely room. The hotel is a bit dark for my taste, but that would probably be nice on a hot summer day, while we were there on a gray, chilly weekend. Pet fee is very steep…make sure to ask before you commit."

"The hotel was in a great location with convenient access to the airport, which made travel very easy. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast—everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience."
