Stayed less than 24 hours. The front desk staff was great. Small hotel great for the price. They offered water and coffee and suggestions for local restaurants. Room was clean beds were comfortable.

Great Wolf Lodge Concord
2 pizza’s under cooked (refunded), ordered pizza again…undercooked! I was accidentally double charged for parking, The pool area had very strong fumes of chlorine. Moxy Charlotte Downtown
The staff friendly. The room we stayed in was very small and weird. No closet just hooks on the wall. Room service never came to clean our room. And the check in desk is on the 13th floor. Honestly would not stay there again.
