We arrived around 10:30 PM. We felt like we were in a "sketchy" neighborhood. Many people out and about for that time of night. When I got into the home, it smelled very musty and moldy. We went to open the side door and it fell off the bottom hinge and we couldn't close the door to outside until my husband had to literally repair the rotted door to make it close!We felt like we were "squatting" in a house that has been on the market for quite some time. The couch was sticky. The walls were marked and dirty. The rug wasn't vacuumed. The stove was dirty. No aesthetics. The towels looked to come from a thrift store. Then we saw the bugs in the living room. That was it. We were out of there. Didn't even spend the night. Drove to a hotel.I received a message from Evolve saying they pride themselves in 5-star service. This was less than one star. zero stars.I'm looking for a full refund for this disaster! We are exhausted from traveling for our daughters baby-shower.
