Due to the unique A-frame design, the home features just one shower (one full bathroom), which is thoughtfully maintained and conveniently located.

Peaceful A-Frame Getaway with City Access – Perfect for the Whole Family

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful A-frame home located about 30 minutes east of Charlotte in the Cabarrus County area. It was the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience, quiet, spacious, and surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to enjoy all the city activities in Charlotte or nearby South Carolina.The house was very well-stocked with everything we needed, from a Primo water dispenser to coffee and waffle supplies for relaxing mornings. My wife, our son, and even our chihuahua, Sassy, had a great time. The home had all the comforts and amenities we could ask for, and the host was incredibly informative, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay.Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a serene escape with easy access to city life. We’ll definitely be renting again!

Short Getaway

We came to Charlotte for a concert and decided to make a week of it. The property was exactly as it was listed and so comfortable. We loved the character of the place and it just made the trip so much better. We loved the waffles! And the comfy surroundings! A great break from the grind- highly recommend!

Cozy cabin!

We had a wonderful stay! There was a campfire with plenty of wood waiting for us. We also used the grill and played the available board games. There was tea, coffee, biscuits, and a waffle maker and mix provided, along with syrup and Nutella for toppings. Loved the surrounding woods and coziness. Would love to visit again!

This was exactly as advertised. It is a beautiful little A Frame home. I have lived in the area for over four years and didn’t even know this little jewel existed. Cute, clean, and well worth the stay.

Weekend Getaway

This house is amazing. This was the perfect Christmas getaway for the two of us. The house was beautifully furnished and clean. It was decorated for Christmas inside and out. The lights are beautiful at night esp. when sitting out by the fire pit. We had all of the comforts of a home away from home. Our host made sure that we had everything that we needed and was there to help if we had any concerns. We will be back!

Very convenient to shops. House was very nice with country tranquil setting. V

Everything was very enjoyable and peaceful. Country setting but still 10 minutes from stores. Beds was very comfortable and house was very clean. Stairs getting to bed rooms are a little light and difficult to manage but everything else was awesome. Rented a week before Christmas and everything was decorated perfectly including outside lights, Would definitely recommend and would love to use this rental again.

Let me start by saying... if you're visiting Charlotte and looking for a place to hang out and enjoy your friends/family... book here!!! For starters... i booked this home for my bday weekend, as i wanted a place for my friends to hangout until our Sunday plans that was quirky and this place didn't disappoint. The pictures does no justice to the esthetic of this place. You can tell the host CARE about her guest. There was pancake and Syrup for breakfast. Fully equipped kitchen, the bedrooms was really spacious, the second livingroom was a bonus. We only stayed a night and it rained so we couldnt enjoy the fully stocked firepit. There were ssssooo much to enjoy that we didnt get to. Bonus:: Lysol and Off was provided!!!!

Impeccable!

This is such a well-appointed, clean, comfortable, high-quality home. The main level has a dining table for 6, kitchen counter with seating for 4, a galley kitchen, a half bath and a spacious living room. Also off the living room is a large deck with a table for 6. There is a spiral staircase to the loft, which has a queen bed. There is also a spiral staircase to the lower level, which has 2 bedrooms (K & Q), a full bath and another living room with a large sectional couch. Everything in the home was great quality, from the towels to the dishes. The beds were super comfortable for my whole family! I had about 3 silly questions for the owner and they responded quickly. Outside there is a beautiful fire pit area, which came loaded with firewood. Although we didn't use it, oh boy it was beautiful! We did enjoy coffee on the front porch in the morning, rocking on the rocking chairs. I would recommend this to anyone, provided they can get up and down the spiral staircase (needed for bedrooms & shower). My mom is 74 and did fine with it!

I'd give this place 10 stars if i could! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the property is absolutely gorgeous! The owner provided great amenities for a comfortable stay! If you're thinking of visiting Charlotte NC, i'd recommend staying here, you'll love it!! We will be visiting again next year!

Incredible rental

Beautiful well equipped. I was pleasentantly surprised by how much better this properly was than the listing. I was visiting family and love to cook for them. The kitchen had everything I neededneeded.

We wanted a place for our family Christmas gathering and I found this property on VRBO. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas, had everything we would ever need and our family had the best time!! We booked it again for next year before we left! What does that tell you????

Lovey Stay

This rental is a quiet peace of heaven. It is well stocked, it has not only everything that you could need, but there are extra little touches that elevate the stay to make it excellent. We were in town to see a concert at the PNC Music Pavilion which is just a short drive from the home. Communication from the owner was stellar. Overall, this was an amazing stay and if we come back to this area we will book here again.

Off the beaten path

Nice wooded lot, clean home. Dogs loved playing fetch around the home. “Lived” on the lower level where the shower and king bed were. Convenient drive and door so items could be unloaded from the car.

This was the best rental we’ve ever booked!! There are so many amenities which made our stay even better than expected! Fully stocked kitchen with spices, coffee, tea options, and anything you need in table, drink and cookware. Same with laundry and bathroom supplies. Absolutely adorable place with so much charm!
