Please read everything!! Email me with any questions . This home is in the heart of Plaza Midwood. Large back deck, wet bar, and large front porch. The house is located minutes from Bank of America Stadium (Panthers), Time Warn Arena, and BB&T. Close to Blumenthal Arts Center, Visulite Theater, the Filimore, PNC Music Pavil and Amos'.bojangles arena.

Location! Walk to the best restaurants and pubs Charlotte has to offer. You do not need a car. Three day weekend bookings only!!! If only Friday and Saturday. I will consider 2 day bookings on weekends, with price increase. Friday and Saturday only $100 extra per night. Email me with questions. You can venmo. I will consider one day weekday bookings. We take great pride in making sure guest have an excellent stay. Bleach and cleaning supplies are left in every bathroom room in addition to top cleaning. Sheets and blankets are tossed and replenished regularly.

Guest Access - Entire House (11 total beds/2 air mattresses) recommended under 20 guest comfortably, past guest have slept over 30.

Very good for wedding parties.. Extra mirrors, hair dryers, iPad entertainment surround sound center. Speakers throughout house, large deck, games. Tons of room and parking.

Over 300k in remodels: The home was gutted and everything is new. All 3 levels have a separate ac/heating unit with controls. Two floors with a 3rd level two bed/bath

If police are called because of noise complaints and public disturbances, the contract is VOID and owner can have you kicked off the property immediately at his/her discretion!!! The owner/house manager/officer has the right to escort you off the premises if any of the contractual terms have been violated.

No Parties or events unless verified with owner. License will be requested that matches booking upon arrival. There has been weddings and wedding parties in the past with prior approval.

This property has everything you want for a stay in Charlotte! The house was clean and comfortable and the location is awesome. Walking distance to a fun neighborhood with lots of things to do. The host was accommodating and a great communicator. Would absolutely stay here on a future visit!!

Beautiful home, great location!

The house is beautiful and the owners’ attention is very evident through all of the updates and amenities. The host was wonderful with communication and available to answer questions or give recommendations. The location was perfect, with everything you would need just a short walk. If visiting Charlotte again, I would definitely book this home again!

Beautiful Home

Unfortunately, we were there to work. We would have loved to have more time to enjoy the house and the back yard. The house clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. The location was great, close to everything.

College Football Weekend

We had four grow up couples ( friends and family) attending the Duke Mayo Classic football game. We also had a handful of university students ( our kids) stay. This was a great location to relax and visit with friends. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep.

As advertised!

We were a group of eight adults and loved the house and its location. Short walk to bars and stores, or take a long walk around the beautiful neighborhood. All of us felt safe in the entire area. The owner is very responsive. We'd rent again in a heartbeat!

Really good time

Mike was in contact with us throughout our visit and was very responsive. We would stay there again and we had such fun. This was a delightful way for a group to attend a conference. Regretfully, we didn't have time to use the backyard.

Nice house in a great Neighborhood

The whole experience was very easy and very comfortable. The house is just outside the city, within walking distance to a few bars, grocery store and other shops. A Uber ride into the city is approx. 5 to 10 minutes and cost about $8. Perfect location for a large family looking to enjoy Charlotte.

Great Location and House. Perfect for our group

We had 9 people for the ACC tournament. The Location was great and easy to uber in for the games or hanging out in Charlotte. The House was the perfect size and plenty of bedrooms / bathrooms for our Group. (3 couples, and 3 single, and everyone had their own room/ bathroom!) We loved the outdoor deck and spent alot of time at the house when we weren't at the games, or walking around midtown plaza. Cute area! Harris Teeter was a few block walk away. Definitely would stay here again.

Lots of space and very accommodating

We were in Charlotte for a bachelorette party weekend. There were 10 of us and we could have comfortably fit at least 2-4 more people. The home was beautiful, clean, and easily accessible. We were able to walk to a few brunch places and bars, and it was a short uber ride to any of the other Charlotte neighborhoods. Michael was incredibly responsive and helpful. He also greeted us with snacks and had all the necessities waiting for us at the house. The lock box entry was a great feature so that we could all come and go as needed without worrying about losing a key. We could not have picked a better place to stay or asked for a more helpful and responsive owner. I highly recommend this property, and would love to stay there again in the future!

Great house for our large family

We had a great stay in this home and had plenty of beds for our large family. The house was clean and just as expected from the photos and description. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. We loved the location as it was close to what we needed to do this weekend, but also loved that we could walk to many great places to eat. It was helpful to have a grocery store so close by as well. I highly recommend this property.

Best Time Ever

It was the perfect home for a 8 girls weekend. The house is spacious. We each had our own bed plus more beds to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outside deck Was perfect for an afternoon of snacks and laughter. It was an easy walk to restaurants and coffee. Can’t wait to come back.

THE BROS WEEKEND BUNKER

stay was very good! House was very clean and close to local bars and restaurants via walking or quick cab ride into downtown Charlotte. Space is great for large groups that want to spread out and have fun. Would stay again!

A group of 7 women in for a conference. We enjoyed the house and having enough space for everyone to have a bed and space to hang out together. The house could use better towels, shampoo and conditioner as well as wine glasses however. An easy fix to make it more comfortable

Great house close to a lot of stuff

We had a great time at this house. It was an older home that the owner has done a great job renovating and updating. That house was well maintained and clean. You can easily walk to all the restaurants and bars in Plaza Midwood. Would highly recommend and will look to come back. Thanks!
