Charming house by the water! Very peaceful!

Great location in a quaint neighborhood. My family of 5 plus 2 dogs enjoyed our time immensely! Host is great to work with. Great fenced in backyard for the dogs and my kids really enjoyed fishing and seeing all the wildlife turtles etc…we look forward to hopefully coming back again soon!

Relaxing home

The home was very clean and accurately listed. It was stocked with all of our needs, plus fishing poles and games. Nice neighborhood. Beautiful porch with view of the lake. Close to great food and a short distance to downtown Charlotte.

Great property, very comfortable!

We were traveling to Charlotte with our 6 kids, 2 nephews and 1 niece for an event by A kid Again, (an organization that provides adventures for families of children with medical needs.) At Carowinds. This property couldn’t have been a better fit for us. There was plenty of room, bedding, towel etc We loved fishing!

Charlotte, NC Wedding stay

Quick Thurs-Sat stay. Convenient to wedding location. 30 minute drive from airport. Fished Friday and Saturday morning right off the dock in backyard. Awesome! Bluegill, big fat crappie and nice big bass using live bait. Catch and release. Made my weekend, way way better than the wedding. LOL

Nice place to stay

Our little group of four stayed here for the weekend so we could go to the Renaissance Fair near by. The check in process was easy and the property owner was very communicative. The spaces are clean and tidy. Lots of sitting room if you have more people. Our dog loved the backyard. It’s fenced and right on the little lake. We saw ducks and a big heron. Things I would recommend- blinds or something in the bathroom. I felt exposed even though it’s backed up to the little lake. Maybe thicker curtains in bedrooms? Felt exposed there too. Could maybe clear off dining table. It’s super cute all decorated but we didn’t want to mess up anything so we didn’t use it. All in all this place was a perfect option for us. Would stay there again. The beds are super comfy!! I actually missed the bed once I got home!

Perfect location and great host

Accurate description and host was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Full sized kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. In a nice, quiet neighborhood and was almost exactly in the middle of the two things we had planned in the area.

NC wedding weekend

We were in town for a family wedding. Boho by the Water accommodated our families. Nice neighborhood to take long walks with our dog. My boys enjoyed fishing on the property. Always fun fishing when you’re catching them!

Short last minute stop

Driving from Florida to ohio. Decided to stop in Charlotte NC. Had a hard time getting a place booked due to short notice and furbabies but this host appeived the booking fast and made sure it was ready at our time of arriving. We were not disappointed. Property has plenty of space and clean. We had time to toss a pole in the lake.

Wedding party getaway

Just came to town for a wedding and had a perfect quaint and uninterrupted stay at this boho location ! Everything was at ease and at hand and communication was simple and clear. Thanks again ! We may be back !

Great quiet neighborhood

Plenty of space and a nice large backyard on the lake. They had everything we needed including the internet. Communication was always very quick. Very comfortable beds / linens. Highly recommend this place, especially for a larger family and kids.

This home is beautifully decorated in a family-oriented neighborhood. It’s very clean, quiet and the pond is peaceful. The owners are helpful, respond quickly and understanding (we accidentally took a butter knife and are mailing it back). Would stay again!

We just returned from a trip to Charlotte and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful before, during and after. We spent a lot of time fishing - so much fun! The beds were very comfy and the dining room table was awesome for meals together as well as our nightly card game. They left us coffee and everything we needed in it :) Overall, the home was super clean and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We would absolutely stay again.

The property was clean, and we enjoyed the pond in the back. The neighbors complained about our 8-month-old german shepherd barking. That dampened the last day of our trip. We would not bring him with us if we decided to stay at this property again.
