Conveniently located 15 minutes from Downtown and minutes from the UNC Charlotte area this spacious home offers modern upgrades and a large spacious yard that is great for pets or outdoor activities. Situated on a culdesac and backing up to natural woods this home offers a quiet relaxing space all year long. Outside you'll find a horseshoe pit and hammock to help you enjoy your space. Inside you have lots of natural light and bedrooms that provide spacious comfortable areas.
