Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash and put away any dishes.Do not leave dishes in the dishwasher or dish rack. Strip the bed of sheets and pillow cases. Place them in the laundry basket located in the bedroom closet.
Note: Failure to complete all checkout items will incur a charge of $30. Do not remove any items from the house. Removal of such items will warrant a minimum fee per item: i.e. washcloth - $5.
Early check-in, $20/hr, late checkout is $20/hr. Late checkout begins at 11:01 a.m. - recorded by the entry lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
