With 4 bedrooms including a king bed and 3 queen beds, along with 3 bathrooms featuring showers and hair dryers, this property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy 2 separate living rooms where your group can spread out. Fully equipped with board games and smart TVs, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. We are located 20 minutes from downtown Charlotte all while maintaining the charm of small town Mint Hill.

Awesome place to stay with family close to anywhere you’d want to go do in the area. Our toddler loved the extra living room and had a GREAT TIME! Host is great to talk with and anything we asked was a very fast response! Would stay with this host in any location again!

Cute house with a big yard. This house is NOT by the river as stated in the description. There is a river dock across the street but it is privately owned. We were so sad because we had intended to Kayak and fish on the river. The house itself is lipstick on a pig. One bedroom had curtains up for the door. There is black mold on the wood in different places. The cleaning people left the drier full of towels. The drier is unsafe. The lint trap barely fits and under the lint trap the drier is full of lint. The right front burner on the stove is crooked and dangerous. It would be easy for a pan of hot water to fall off and burn somebody. The garbage pail under sink needs cleaned or replaced. We were very unhappy with this property. Please remove the "by the river" from description because it is misleading. There is bird poop on sliding glass door side of deck.
