A wonderful home - lovingly remodeled and beautifully furnished - in one of Charlotte's only historic neighborhoods that's a short walk to uptown. Easily walk to center city in 10 minutes, Bank of America stadium in 8 minutes, 3rd Ward Park in 3 minutes, and Frazier Park in less than 60 seconds.

The Space:
The neighborhood also has a lively downtown area with many popular bars & restaurants as well. A completely private in-law suite is also available if more space is needed (view my other Airbnb listings). This is a wonderful home located in Wesley Heights - one of Charlotte's great historic neighborhoods. It offers high ceilings, tons of sunlight, totally remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard is also fully fenced in, has a lovely stone fire pit (wood provided!), and a nice patio/deck with plenty of seating and a gas grill. The home has 3 bedrooms, but the large master bedroom actually has 2 beds. So there are 4 queen-sized beds in the home to easily accommodate 8 people. There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom in the home. The bathrooms are fully updated and remodeled. The full master bathroom is very large with a walk in shower and a soaking tub. You'll have access to the entire home. There is also a fully-detached and fully private in-law suite downstairs (it has a separate entrance with it's own backyard and privacy fencing) that can be rented at the same time to accommodate even larger groups - please view my other Airbnb listings to check availability if interested. There is a driveway (one car) and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed. I am available for questions or help at any time. Contact me as much or as little as you'd like :)

You'll have access to the entire home. Living room furniture was a bit uncomfortable and only 4 people can sit at a time in the there. Beds were very comfortable place was very clean.

What a GREAT Weekend

House was beautiful and the location was fantastic. Having coffee pods available was a very nice touch. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch every morning. Beds were very comfortable and we walked to several venues and restaurants while we were there.

Amazing location

We stayed here for the USC/UNC opening game at BOA stadium! The location was perfect! We walked to restaurants & the game. The neighborhood was great & everyone was friendly. The home is beautiful & very comfortable! We will be back!

Lovely home

Lovely and comfortable home close to downtown. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed and our host, Jason, did a wonderful job in communication and making sure we had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable; loved the walk-in shower. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Charlotte area.

Great Historic Home

Fell in Love with this home the minute we arrived. The home was very clean, modern and had everything we needed to feel at home. Communication was great. We would highly recommend this beautiful home in it's historic neighborhood.

Amazing house!

We were in town for a wedding in the city. The house was beautiful, clean and very close to downtown only 5 minutes to the wedding. The owners were very responsive and were able to fix a light issue within a couple hours. The check in and out process was a breeze and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying near downtown Charolette for a home like stay close to everything!

Walk to Uptown

Comfortable stay close to Uptown. Owner very friendly and responsive. Note - home is very close to interstate. You can hear the traffic while sleeping at night. Odd at first but you get use to it. Beds were comfortable.

Large Comfortable House

We walked over to the Ncaa game. Also walked to breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed the large house and great kitchen. We got in late so the Keurig coffee was nice to have. The beds and pillows all seemed new and very comfortable. There is a little noise from the interstate but i would stay again on our next trip to Charlotte.

BBQ from Raleigh to Charleston

Nice older home in with good access to the rest of town. Unfortunately, it backs up to a highway and the noise is fairly constant. Also had trouble controlling HVAC and never able to set it correctly.

Home base for paddling

Very very clean home. Older home, nicely appointed with comfortable beds, nice kitchen and gathering areas. We didn’t spend too much time at the house but it was a great home base for paddling at the WWC. Felt very safe running from this location early in the AM to the little sugar creek greenway and beyond. Very close to good food, Whole Foods, downtown. Lots of interstate noise at night but we all still slept well. Nice front porch. Fire pit out back ready to go although we didn’t use it. Recommend!

Perfect Location But…..

The house was cute and clean and the location was perfect. I requested information on the apartment below as it was mentioned in the description, the owner never responded. The apartment below had been rented and they were very loud and loud well beyond “quiet time”. Had we not able to hear them…….5 stars all around!

Be careful when renting property.

The house was great and we were excited until we realize someone was staying in the basement. I knew there was a Mother-In-Law suite but I didn't know people would be renting it when we were there. That was not explained in the property information I received. I thought the Mother-In-Law suite for us if we needed extra space.

Convenient

We were in town for a wedding in downtown Charlotte. This house was conveniently located and we could have walked had we not been in gowns and heels! The house was immaculate upon our arrival and we had no issues gaining entrance to the home. Jason communicated with us in a timely manner from the pre-stay through the end. The only thing we felt lacking was the lack of televisions. There is only one tv. I think that should be prominent in the description. We are a sports tv family and it was football season!! That being said would rent again. Maybe just not during football season. 😀

Perfect Two Day Stay

We were in town to see Creed at the PNC Music Pavilion for my son’s Senior Trip. Home was immaculate. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. There is also a very nice running/walking/biking trail nearby. Perfect way to take in the sites. Home has all the amenities you could possibly want or need. Would love to visit again if ever back in the area. Lovely home!

Wonderful!

Stayed with with our adult son, and two teenagers. The house was very clean, appeared as listed, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Can walk to so many places and there is so much to do within walking distance and close driving distance too. We will definitely be back!
