King Bed & Fire-pit in Central Charlotte

Forget your worries in our perfect blend of serene, coziness, and convenience.

* Central location to all that Charlotte has to offer.

* 8 min to Noda, 12 min to Plaza Midwood, 15 min to Uptown & UNCC, 20-25 min to CLT. Airport and South End.

*Fire-pit, hammock, and outdoor dining for a quiet time outdoors.

* King-size bed in master and a queen-sized bed in the secondary room with full sized closets.

* Up to 5 guests can stay, but the 5th guest would be a couch surfer. We have a full-sized couch with extra blankets. The couch does not pull out.

* Fully equipped kitchen.

* Ample parking next to home and cul-de-sac parking.

* Large backyard patio with fire-pit, hammock, and outdoor dining with string lights. We do not provide firewood.

* Work from home friendly with high-speed internet. ***Parties/gatherings of any kind are not allowed. A $350 fee will be incurred for breaking the policy.***

The stay was amazing clean place nice and quiet and chill the deck and back yard is dope the inside is well put together I wish it had a grill or something to keep the fire pit going but that’s not a complaint I loved every bit of this place everything was great I’ll stay they everytime I come to Charlotte !!

Cozy and Quaint Stay

This property contained everything that we needed in a stay. It was, just as the title describes, "clean & serene". It was clear that efforts were made to ensure that we felt at home from the charming decor, to all of the kitchen needs that were made available, to the books and games for entertainment. Additionally, this property boasts a nice deck and firepit in the yard for chilling outside in the event that you decide that you want to stay at home. The check-in was smooth and any inquiry was swiftly answered by the owners. I would definitely recommend this property for any time that you decide to visit Charlotte, NC.

This is a great property had the pleasure of booking last minute and it over exceeded my expectations. 10/10, would definitely book again! Host was very responsive and helpful, even accommodated with early check in although I ended up arriving late. Property had everything my family and I needed.

Location was close to everything we needed ...had everything inside that we needed .spacious rooms the bugs tore us up in the yard so we couldn't use the fireplace and hammock like we would have liked . But we still enjoyed the stay .thanks for having us
