This cozy 3 bedroom home is a true showcase of what Charlotte has to offer. Stay in the popular Southpark neighborhood with stunning restaurants, bars, and retail while relaxing just blocks away from everything in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. Enjoy the birds from the quiet backyard, cook a meal in the fully functioning kitchen, or indulge in a book from our selection.

The Space:
Our mission is to make you feel safe while you travel and we take that very seriously. That’s why we use medical grade disinfectant between each guest, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Immerse yourself in a lively, energetic city, while enjoying a quiet neighborhood. This home accommodates up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Enjoy two separate common areas providing plenty of space and seating to enjoy time together during your stay. This is a well-maintained 1962 home right near Southpark. Remember this is a charming older home that has not been renovated.

Prepare and enjoy a tasty meal in the fully functioning kitchen including toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls & utensils. Start your mornings with a refreshing cup of complimentary coffee or tea!

Remote workers and learners utilize the private desk and high speed internet throughout the house. Relax in the family room to a nice book, or in the lower den with our flat-screen TV. (Guest to login to their accounts)

Upstairs features a spacious master with queen bed, tv, and plenty of closet space. Also upstairs are two guest rooms, one with a queen bed, and one with a full sized day bed and private desk, and a full bathroom.

Don’t forget to spend some time outside on our large furnished patio and take advantage of Charlotte’s beautiful seasons. The yard is nestled on a beautiful wooded street and is fully fenced in. Approved pets are welcome!

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

The Neighbourhood:
South Park is an upscale Charlotte neighbourhood and major business district. Our home is perfectly located, walk able to dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Within a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive:
Free summer concerts at Piedmont Row and Quail Corners
Great happy hours and wine nights, Cork Buzz is our favorite (7-min walk)
Polished at Phillips Place offers $35 mani-pedis with wine
Boutique shopping at Phillips Place or top stores at South Park Mall (Nordstrom, Belk, Macy’s, etc.)

Dining options:
Dogwoods (7-min walk), The Palm (steak), Baku (high-end Japanese), Yama (budget sushi), and Yafo (casual Mediterranean)

Bonus: A new Starbucks is opening just 5 minutes away

Getting Around:
While there are tons of places you can walk to from our place, the public transportation system is lacking in Charlotte so a car is recommended if you want to get around other parts of the city.

Interaction with Guests:
Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!

Note: This is a well-maintained 1962 home. Remember this is an older home that has not been renovated, but right near Southpark.

The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). We do NOT allow cats. Any and all pets MUST be approved, requiring the exact count to be added to the reservation. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.

If the booking party is under 25, they may submit the ID of any guest who will be staying at the property. If no guest meets the age requirement, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a refundable* $1000 security deposit. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.

*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.

MyTripify uses a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities.

Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.

Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.

To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without refund.

Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day($99 + Booking platform fees); early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.

Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.

Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.

Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.

Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet on the lower level, and the locked shed in the backyard.

To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.

Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, MyTripify requires guests to purchase travel insurance.

Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.

Parking
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street, with a maximum of five cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.

Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.

Excessive Trash
All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles. All trash should fit into the outside receptacles or should be disposed of by the guest prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional of $75 per bag.

Internet Usage
By using the internet provided at any MyTripify property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.

MyTripify is not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless MyTripify for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
