Cons-The area of the property was a little sketchy at first. Sits back in a wooded area. Hallway on the 5th floor smelled moldy/mildewed. Bed sheets were thin. WiFi didn’t work during stay. Pros-Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good with many options. Staff were polite. Location is in a good place with plenty of places around for food, gas, etc. Convenient to uptown Charlotte.

The women who clean and set up breakfast are awesome. Front desk / reception wasn’t so welcoming. Pool wasn’t open amid the hot weather, early check in wasn’t provided after a prior phone call with confirmation. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

So there was only one elevator that was working, and the one that was working was moving slowly. The room was actually great! The breakfast was good, and the property was, too. The check-in process was very long. The price was great! Overall, it was a good stay with minor adjustments.
