Great Location... Quiet relaxing neighborhood
Great location and convenient for our stay. Enjoyed the nearby walking trail through the woods and nearby restaurants (you have to try The Waterman Fish Bar) and coffee shops. Condo was very nice and updated for all your needs. My only concern was that the first picture was of a pool, which if you had young ones, it is actually a block or so away. Other than that, very good stay

Highly recommended!
Clean, spacious condo located in a quiet, safe, family neighborhood. There is plenty of space for four people. The beds are comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom are large. The kitchen has all you need for most situations. Everything is clean and well maintained. Handy to have the washer and dryer. Wifi is fast and stable. There are plenty of linens. There is ample parking in front of the building on a wide street. The community pool is one block (5 minutes) from the condo. The condo is located in a quiet, residential area with lots of trees. It's easy to get to get around with lots of stores within 10 minutes or less. The neighbourhood is walkable and good for runners. There is a Greenway nearby. If you like walking, you can walk to a couple of restaurants and one bar within 10 minutes. The communication with the owner was pleasant and smooth. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Great place and quiet location but close to everything we needed!
Apartment is nice and clean. Much bigger than we expected. Bed was comfy with soft linens. Kitchen well stocked with any tool or pan you could need. Enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the birds and squirrels. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions and flexible. Will stay here again for next nascar race!

Great location and rental unit
We stayed for a week in April while exploring the Charlotte area. The unit is in a nice quiet residential townhome community north of Charlotte. It is conveniently located to the shopping and restaurants in the Huntersville/Cornelius area, and access to "uptown" is not too difficult, although I-77 can be busy. Parking for the property is on the street but no problems there. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. It was well stocked though without soap or shampoo (not a big deal). All told, this is wonderful and highly recommended rental unit and we would happily book again.

Clean and Complete Condo
I booked this condo to accommodate my elderly parents for a month and the condo met their needs well. It was clean, comfortable and well supplied with everything they needed. It is in a great location that felt very safe, was well manicured and had ample shopping nearby.

Lovely, warm and welcome!
Immaculately clean and well appointed. Husband, I and adult daughter stayed. Comfortable beds, good kitchen, and in a nice neighborhood. Owner was easy to work with and responded quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed staying.

Amazing!
This was an excellent choice for us to stay at! The location was half a mile from our son's wedding venue and 10minutes from the hotel where the rest of our NY family was staying. We enjoyed the condo so much and we loved the serene, peacefulness of the patio in the evening! We definitely plan on booking another stay there in the future.

The PERFECT GETAWAY!!!!!!
The pictures does this place no justice. This place was so peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Quiet and HUGE SPACE the beds was so comfortable. It was perfect for us!
This property worked perfectly for my husband and I and my mother to attend a family wedding in the area. The house was clean, provided everything we needed to be able to sleep well and have a little space to ourselves versus a hotel room while in the area. The area was beautiful for being able to take walks on well maintained trails and was convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay in it again if I ever need to return to the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us

Enjoyed staying at Eira's condo.
Condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, etc. Wanted to see if we would like to live in a condo! Other residents didn't seem to be noisy - talked to some in passing and all were very friendly. The only concern was parking as the visitor spot was always filled and we had to park on street which is probably okay - we are just accustomed to having our own driveway and garage. Overall, all was great.

The condo was perfect for our 2 week visit. It is equipped with everything you would need. The bed was comfortable and felt like home. The location is excellent and close to the greenway which we used several times. And bonus on location it is only a few miles from our grandchildren. I will definitely be back.

Our family stayed at this neat and cozy apartment for 2 weeks while we transitioned / moved homes. It had everything we needed from a coffee maker to dishes to towels/linens. Eira was very helpful and easy to get a hold of when we had a question. We were very pleased with our overall stay and experience.

A very comfortable choice.
Very nice property and helpful owner. We had one small maintenance issue which was quickly resolved. Two suggestions for consideration: 1. Upgrade to a minimum cable TV package, or include instructions for hooking up other devices, and 2. Upgrade the cutlery and cooking pans in the kitchen.

Hi Joan: Thank you for your comments and thanks for leaving the apartment in such good order. I believed that the instructions for casting to the TV in the welcome letter were clear, I will certainly review. The aerial provides in excess of 30 channels and they compare to basic cable. I try to keep the rental amount reasonable and in order to do that standing costs have to be considered. I do not charge any extra for more than 2 renters up to four. I will look again at the kitchen pans. Thanks for bringing them to my attention.

Condo.
The condo was very clean. The bed very comfortable and we slept soundly. The kitchen had plenty of supplies. The noise level was very low considering the fact the bedrooms faced the parking lot. We thought it might be a problem with cars coming and going or hearing voices outside but it was the opposite. We heard nothing. The added gift of being able to watch the birds at the feeder was just lovely. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the birds. So relaxing!! The condo has plenty of daylight. Would definitely stay there again. Eira was a gracious host and responded to our question about getting on the internet within seconds of our text.

Better Than Advertised
The neighborhood was very, a subdivision of its own. Well located in the central part of the Lake Norman area. The unit itself was roomy with a nice, 2-bedroom layout, well-furnished, comfortable bed, easy access to self-parking. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Beautiful vacation
We enjoyed our two weeks at this condo in Cornelius. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. We were able to spend lots of time with our grandchildren which is our favorite thing to do!

Perfect!
We spent 2 weeks at this condo when our grandson was born. We could not have asked for anything better. The condo had everything we needed, was close to shopping, food , the Greenway for daily walks, and of course family. Eria was wonderful - when our grandson came 2 weeks early, he was able to switch our weeks without any problem. I do wish the condos in the complex recycled, but that was our only complaint. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and there was a gas fireplace too! Should we decided to have an extended stay again, we would definitely stay here !

2nd Bedroom was very noisy, units outside where constantly going we didn't sleep very well at all.
The over function of the unit was good, the bathrooms where fine, kitchen good. It was only the second bedroom noisy units outside that kept us awake at night.

Lovely home! Excellent location and excellent, quality touches for a short or long stay.
Can’t say enough good things about the home and it’s owner and property manager. They communicated well and are so kind, responsive and helpful. The home itself is well decorated, comfortable with great bedding. The bathrooms are nice and kitchen is just right with everything one needs to cook. Highly recommend!

Rented 2 bedroom 2 bath first floor condo...very clean and comfortable . .was expecting daughter and son inlaw...but due to incremental weather Florence hurricaine . .daughter and son in law could not make it to a family wedding...which also was postponed . The condo is in a very upscale neighborhood close to shopping stores ...and close to Moorsville. Only regret my husband is handicapped uses leg braces.. and we did have visible California Handicap plaque hanging on the rear view mirror . .however got a NOTICE TO REPARK OUR CAR which was parked in handicapped parking space. Not happy with this!! That's why it's 3 stars!

Sorry to hear you had difficulty with parking, we only have very few disabled slots, and as I advised you, they are reserved for full time residents. There is no solution to this but pleased to hear it did not take away from you enjoying the condo.

A very nice stay
This is our second stay and again, we were more than satisfied. The best is closeness to the grandkids but it also feels like home. We do wish there had been a couple of thinner pillows, a clock in the bedroom and bathroom, more washcloths, some dish towels. But we got towels cheaply and very much enjoyed our stay. We do recommend!

Perfect for small families!
We really enjoyed our stay here. We have two children and the space in the apartment was perfect for us! The neighborhood is beautiful and charming and the community pool was a huge plus. We were able to escape the summer heat and it was just a short walk away from the apartment. The location is very convenient and you can easily access stores and restaurants. The highway is also close by making the drive to downtown Charlotte very easy. The apartment itself was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The host was also wonderful and left easy instructions. Overall, I would definitely recommend this rental!

The location was perfect for the wedding Charlotte and surrounding areas. The pool at the property was very fun for all of us. I highly recommend this property and the owner was very helpful.
