Cozy, newly renovated, 3bed, 2 bath, single story home in Ballantyne. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, with walking trails, a pond, and tennis courts.

Fully fenced in backyard, Pets are welcome! ($50 Fee applies per pet, per stay)

-3 minutes to Ballantyne
-5 minutes to Pineville
-20 minutes to Uptown Charlotte...Carolina Panthers Bank of America Stadium, Discovery Center (great for kids!) and Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Center
-15 minutes to Carowinds
-Driveable Day Trips: Asheville (2hrs), Myrtle Beach (3.5hrs), Wilmington Beach (3hrs), Charleston (3hrs)

My goal is that you have the perfect stay and I will do everything possible that you enjoy your stay. I provide a guest guide book of Charlotte that provides a ton of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. I don't want you just to love your stay at my house, but also love your stay in Charlotte!

I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet. However, if you need any additional assistance, Myself, and my co-host, we both live minutes away from the property so please feel free to reach out to us.

This was a great stay for us. The property was a good size and in a very quiet neighborhood, but still convenient to restaurants, grocery, etc. Our small pups enjoyed the fenced yard and we appreciated the coffee maker and other conveniences.

Great weekend getaway

We stayed here for the weekend for an event in Charlotte. The house was very clean, decorated nicely, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it's located conveniently to many stores and restaurants. The host was very responsive also.

Great spot to regroup and recharge!

My group of 3 was in the Charlotte area to attend the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow. Rob and Heather's home was a perfect spot for us to base out of - extremely close to the venue with great access to restaurants and shopping. Thanks Rob & Heather for letting us use your house!

Excellent property!

Location and property were great. All of the little touches are very much appreciated when you are traveling. Soft sheets, comfortable beds, big and fluffy towels. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making things as comfortable for their guest as possible.

This home was wonderful! It was very clean and comfortable and had everything you need for a great visit. The hosts commication was also stellar. The neighborhood was quiet and my pup enjoyed the neighborhood walks and how dog friendly it was. Definitely recommend this rental!

Wonderful property

Really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property! The hosts were great about communicating before and throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were amazing! The neighborhood felt very safe. The surrounding area was also very nice, lots of upscale retail areas and restaurants. It's also only 15 minutes from Carowinds which was our main destination for the weekend. Book it, you won't regret it!

Great place

The location is perfect for my needs. It is the second time I have stayed here. The fenced in backyard is also great as I travel with my dog. The home is always immaculately clean and well-appointed. Check in and check out is seamless. I would most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Very clean and well decorated

We were there for 2 weeks to visit family. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and we were able to enjoy evening walks. The place was very clean and well maintained. Definitely would go back.

Excellent in every way

This home was exactly as shown and described:newly remodeled annd nicely decorated, accommodating, clean, and comfortable. The fully fenced back yard made the stay with my dogs so much more relaxing. The neighborhood is peaceful, nice and quiet with great places to walk and trails as well. The location near Ballsntyne is unreal. We actually walked there twice- great food, trails, green spaces, amphitheater, coffee shops and more. Hosts were beyond accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Great stay

This is a nice little 3 bedroom home. The decor was pleasant and up-to-date, house was clean and relatively well stocked, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We especially loved the pool and park just down the road! Biggest ) although minimal) challenge was there is nothing but salt & pepper and a tub of vegetable oil and no storage containers for leftovers.

Great home away from home.

We had to move out of our house for 11 days due to floors being replaced. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and was very clean, cute, and had everything we needed to cook meals. The location was near lots of restaurants and we loved the tennis courts and trails. Rob and Heather were very easy to work with too.

Modern Gem in a Prime Location

This property was an absolute gem! The house was incredibly modern and stylish, with all the amenities you could ask for. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the design and comfort of the space. But beyond the house itself, the location was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it felt safe and peaceful. Yet, we were just a short distance from all the action, with shops, restaurants, and attractions within easy reach. The property owners were also fantastic! They were incredibly responsive to our questions and ensured our stay was as smooth as possible. It's clear they take pride in their property and care about their guests' experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable, and conveniently located home base for their travels.
