My family of 4 stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the area immensely! It’s safe, quiet and close to several beautiful parks. It’s also very central to a variety of dining options and a grocery store. This is a great rental property!

The perfect home away from home, walking distance to downtown city life.

We absolutely loved the home and the location. It was our first time in Charlotte and I don’t think that I could have found a home with a more perfect, safe location. The home was beautifully styled, clean and comfortable. Will def stay here again if we are in town.

Fabulous location!

Perfect location to Dilworth & South End. We were in town moving our daughter into an apartment in the South End area. House was good. We weren’t there much, other than to sleep & shower but it worked out great!

Beautiful space

We would definitely stay here again. The cottage is gorgeously decorated and well maintained. The location is perfect, especially if you were attending an event downtown. The neighborhood of Dilworth stunning and has fantastic restaurants, some within walking distance of the property.

Great location in Charlotte

We came in to visit friends as go to the USC/UNC football game. Really a great little place with food and drink within walking distance. Convenient to the stadium as well and to the interstate. I’d recommend this cottage to those looking for a fun time in Charlotte.

Property was as advertised. We were only there one night for a concert but everything was fantastic. Clean, comfortable beds and an easy 25 minute walk to Bank of America Stadium. Check in/out process easy.

Location, Location, Location!

We choose to stay here to explore Charlotte. This fantastic house was very clean and well stocked. We loved the location! A stones throw from the city and walkable to the south side establishments. Plenty of parking and we were able to bring our dog! The neighborhood is beautiful to walk around and very safe! Highly recommend!

Nice Dilworth duplex

Well outfitted older duplex south of East Blvd in Dilworth. Easy walking to restaurants.Manager very responsive.For oldsters would suggest leaving dining room light on for coming down the stairs at night. The closet in the 2nd bedroom is locked so be aware of that when packing.

Perfect Location for access to Downtown

Went to the Mayo Bowl and we were able to walk to wherever we wanted/needed to go. 10 minutes to great restaurants, 20 minutes to the stadium. JUST ONE THING: A pad of paper, as well as a writing utensil would be wonderful! Ran into an urgent situation, and could not write down some info...

Dilworth dream cottage

My wife and I went to Charlotte for Christmas as to get our wedding photos taken. The experience from the very beginning was wonderful. Our host made us feel like family when we initially reached out. She would even periodically send us things to do in and around Charlotte, leading up to our stay. Upon our arrival, the town house was spotless and everything was exactly as advertised. We had an amazing time and plan on going back next year. 10/10.

Excellent location

We loved the location of this property. Overall a great place. Just a few suggestions. The towels and linen should be replaced - very wore and stained. We rented for 10 days and no one came to mow or cleaned up the outside of the property. Looked like it had not been mowed for a few weeks, very overgrown and just a mess.

As we dove up the house was adorable! We parked and easily let ourselves in with the code. The home is warm and friendly, all modern conveniences but most of all spotless. Let me say again, everything was fresh and clean. The bedrooms were spacious, well appointed and we had great night's sleeps. The kitchen was uncluttered but had everything we needed with plenty of space to put away the groceries we stopped for, no piles of our stuff on the counter like we always have at other places. Many nice parks and restaurants within walking distance. We felt truly at home.

Amazing rental in an amazing Charlotte neighborhood

This duplex was the perfect rental for a lowkey girls weekend in Charlotte. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Walkable to so much, but quiet too! Parking in the back was convenient, rooms were spacious and easy check in/check out. I only had small critiques during the stay: the wifi info wasn’t clearly listed in the home and my friends kept asking during the weekend as they wanted to connect their phones. The kitchen could have had a few more options for drinks (think cocktail accessories like a mixer, other glassware, etc). Finally, there seemed to be an issue with gnats and other small bugs around the downstairs bathroom/kitchen sink. We were constantly swatting (but only in those areas) and trying to figure out where they were coming from. It seemed they liked the half bathroom. Overall, the stay was great and we had an awesome time!
