A great 2 story unit in a small development just minutes from NoDa. Tvs in both upstairs queen bedrooms and another downstairs. It was very clean and we felt safe and loved parking right outside. Would stay again when in Charlotte.
Location, location, location! Right near many great areas of Charlotte, including coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance! Owners were very responsive, and we loved our stay! Thanks so much! We will likely rent this one again!
Shannon was awesome the house was clean and had everything we needed. I even extended twice while I was here and Shannon was so helpful and understanding into why I wanted to extend. I definitely recommend 10/10
Stayed here for 1 night while in town. Comfortable furniture. The place was clean and conveniently located. Smart TVs in all the rooms made our down time even more comfortable. The towels and linen smelled freshly washed.
Everything was clean and seemed new. The couch was especially comfortable. Beds were comfortable and clean. Would have liked a little more in kitchen to assist with some cooking done.

The property was very nice and perfect for our overnight stay. We were provided with towels and washcloths, waiting for us on her bed when we arrived. Kitchen was stocked with all dishware we could need and overall, the place was great. My only issues were that the air vents were pretty dirty along witb the window sills. Otherwise no real complaints!
The rental provided the perfect home base for us while we visited family in NoDA. The unit was easy to access, very clean, and perfect for our long weekend. Many restaurants, coffee shops and the light rail were within a 15-20 minute walk. Kitchen utensils and cookware were a bit sparse but that really wasn't an issue because we didn't cook. We did make coffee every morning with the already supplied Keurig cups and creamers. The bathrooms were well-stocked with linens, toiletries, etc.. And most important, the air conditioning worked very well, which was a god-send on 100+ degree days. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Great location, but know it’s a two-story property!
The location of this 2-story townhome is great. Very convenient to Uptown, Noda and the Spectrum Center. The home is clean and comfortable albeit a bit sparsely, but tastefully, furnished as many VRBO properties are. The biggest surprise was the fact that both bedrooms are on the second floor. In re-reading the listing, the fact it was two story was not called out. Luckily we managed but would have appreciated knowing upfront.
The listing was as promised with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. A good size living room with a large comfortable couch & comfortable beds. Unfortunately, it was not as clean as we were hoping. There were old Cheetos sitting under the coffee table in the living room, a plate of breakfast meat (sausage and bacon) was sitting in the microwave for who knows how long. The kitchen sink smelled because the garbage disposal hadn’t been run. The rugs felt dirty under our feet and the bottom of the shower needs attention.
Quiet neighborhood; VERY clean apartment; missing bed
I have stayed in six short term rentals in the last six weeks - this was the cleanest of all of them! Nice job!
This is an apartment in a very tiny complex. It was easy to find and the surrounding neighborhood was ritzy. The host left plenty of toiletries, towels, coffee supplies, etc.
The only issue we ran into is that the listing details three queen beds - there are only two. There is a sectional in the living room, but it is only a couch and not a sofa bed. This was a problem for our family, but we didn't discover it until late at night.
The host was very quick to respond to the check in and check out messages we sent. We would recommend this VRBO (if you don't need that 3rd queen bed).
This townhome is situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood between Plaza Midwood and NoDa called Villa Heights. While I was staying there with my spouse, we walked to both of those lively locations without the need for a car. The home is also very close to Cordelia Park and Optimist Park, which make for some great strolls in good weather. If you walk a little farther, you can take advantage of the food stalls at Optimist Hall or take the light rail without having to pay for parking!
The home was fairly clean, but since I stayed for ~3 months, I did have to ask the host for some kind of vacuum as there wasn't one available already inside. There were plenty of towels, and the host was very responsive, often replying within 10 minutes. We loved that this property was pet friendly, as well. The walls are thin, and it seems like the neighboring townhomes are also rentals. If you aren't too sensitive about loud music and partying on the weekends, it's a really great place to stay!
I noticed that many of the reviews for this property praised its cleanliness, which made our experience all the more surprising. The host was kind enough to allow us an early check-in, and we arrived right at the designated time. Unfortunately, we were immediately struck by how unclean the home was.Pressed for time due to an important appointment, we quickly unloaded our belongings and left, assuming we might be able to address the cleanliness ourselves later. At first, we considered purchasing our own linens and cleaning the property, but upon returning and taking a closer look, we realized the condition of the home required far more effort than we anticipated. With limited time and resources, we ultimately made the difficult decision to find alternate accommodations for our week-long stay in Charlotte. We ended up booking a hotel at the last minute, which significantly increased our expenses. We chose not to reach out to the host to resolve the issue, as bringing the home up to acceptable standards would have required more time and energy than we could afford to spend away from our son and our commitments. As parents to a child with special needs, the condition of the home—and the unexpected financial burden it caused—left us deeply disappointed.
