Gorgeous town home located on the 7th hole of a CC in South Charlotte. Brand new siding and paint in inside and outside. It is fully furnished and includes full size washer dryer, WIFI, Cable and dishwasher. Townhome was just updated with brushed nickel fixtures. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Plush linens and bedding. Has 2 large bedrooms upstairs. Master has Queen size bed and 2 closets with built in shelving. 2nd bedroom has rand new memory foam Queen size bed. Full bathroom upstairs and half bath down stairs. Downstairs also has pull out couch if needed. Beautiful deck overlooking lake and golf course. Very quiet mature neighborhood. 1 mile form shopping and restaurants, including Target, Walmart, Harris Teeter, Trader Joes etc. Movie Theater and ample dining options also within 1 mile. Absolutely no parties and no groups larger than 5ppl. This is a non smoking property.

Easter trip

Location is perfect. Golf course is beautiful and quiet with shopping close by. Beds are comfortable. Upstairs shower needs work. It’s clean but half shower door half curtain needs to be addressed. Owner is way to communicate with and check in and out is seamless.

Quiet neighborhood, great location

We stayed here for my son's soccer tournament. The neighborhood is close to restaurants and the grocery store. Condo was clean and owner was friendly/helpful!

Our month stay

My husband and I picked this place to get out of the cold and visit our family. The neighbors are very friendly and we enjoyed walking and being greeted by people in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable and Adam was very quick to respond to a microwave issue. I’m hoping we can stay for a few weeks this summer.

Stayed at this centrally located townhouse for a "girls shopping weekend". Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice, safe area with walking trails. Perfect for two people, upstairs had two bedrooms which shared a bath. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Would recommend stay here!

Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood

Great location,Loved the neighborhood. Loved the deer everywhere and forested areas. Rental had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Could use a more thorough cleaning on baseboards, dusty curtains, dog fur in closets and sheets. I believe cleaner came but did the basics. Dog fur is hard to get off of sheets and I believe they had been laundered but there was a lot so rewashing was needed. It would’ve been nice to have some pantry space. Overall, good value . Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful

Wonderful stay very clean. Our beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Lots of green space to walk and sat outside on small deck and enjoyed the sunshine.
