The Desk Clerks were not friendly and did not smile during my check-in or checkout. Love the hotel itself. I wish there were places to dine. The optional were slim too none.

The property seems to be newly renovated and someone really thought though the design!! I travel a lot and stay at a lot of hotels and I've always though it would be great if they put the shower control away from the shower head instead of directly below it so you are not trying get out of the way of the cold water as soon as you open the control. The free breakfast like most of these hotels was quite limited and unappetizing. Other than that its a great hotel.

The property is in excellent condition, very clean and mostly well organized (in rooms). Many outlets and USB ports which is great. Parking is great and stores are conveniently close by as well as the highway. I ask Hampton Inn & Suites to please put at least one sign which explain how housekeeping works inside the room as well as breakfast hours. I checked in very late and I did not read the sign in the lobby indicating that housekeeping must be requested. I also went down 15 minutes after breakfast time had ended. My experience would have been much better having that information. I still will stay with them one more time because everything else has been excellent ad I don't want the two issues mentioned above to be the reason why I won't stay with them again.

The property was nice and was a good price rate. I liked that they provided a hot breakfast included in the price. I didn’t like the fact that they charged $4.00 for a 20 ounce soft drink. They did allow us to check in early, and the 12:00 check out was nice.

Overall it’s a fine property… with a few quirks. Upon check-in, the front desk notified us that they wouldn’t be cleaning the rooms unless requested 24 hours in advance. Given our short stay, it didn’t seem like it was worth the hassle, but I guess I still expected general attention to basics like toilet paper when readying a room for new guests - it was nearly gone in our room when we arrived so I had to go down ask for more. Finding places to empty our own trash also became annoying (the trash bags are all so tiny, they barely hold a few cans). We asked for additional pillows and were told simply “no” without further embellishment. Half of the staff looked bored or put out, half were friendly enough, but it was always US going out of the way to get what we needed, when in hospitality, it really should be the other way around. The continental breakfast was decent, the rooms a bit cramped but generally comfortable, and there were a lot of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Ballantyne over Thanksgiving while visiting relatives. The suite was super clean, spacious, quiet and well-appointed. Staff, especially Martha at the breakfast buffet, was kind and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very bad hotel.
Pay for a King Bedroom and They give a 2 queen room because for booked by 3rd party. The queen side bed is hotel queen which is like a full side bed. No manager on site during the whole weekend and not employees able to resolve any issue. After I cancel the no used night the did not refund my money. Stay away from this hotel.

Customer service need some work. Front desk that checked us in on Saturday 10/21/23 around 6:15 pm was rude, short and abrasive. She appeared to be very unhappy with her job. We found and killed several bugs in our room and the beds/mattress felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I am a Hilton’s Honor customer and I’m very disappointed in this property. Needs improvements.

My wife and I have been a guest at Hampton Inn many times in the past and are usually very satisfied with our stay, however we were a bit let down this time. To begin with, at check-in, we waited over 10 minutes before anyone was at the front desk to great us. Then, we noticed that only one of the two elevators worked during our stay. The carpeting in the hallways was dirty and needed to be vacuumed and the floors in the public areas and elevators needed to be mopped. The hand sanitizer stations were empty. Our room was mostly okay, although the television was a bit on the small side at 39" and there was no channel guide to be found anywhere in the room and we thought the television was awkwardly placed in the room.
