The customer service was great. I think the servers at the restaurant were very friendly. It’s hard to find nice service with a welcoming atmosphere. We are happy that we stayed to eat at the restaurant instead of somewhere else. Thank you!

The shuttle service to the airport was every 30 minutes, 24/7, unlike most such services that don't begin until 5AM. It was quiet except for an occasional dog barking in an adjoining room, but not too much.

The airport shuttle was good. Quick and efficient. The driver was very friendly especially since it was the middle of the night when our plane landed. Overall the room was clean. We had a positive experience and would stay here again.

Hilton airport Charlotte was super nice. It was very clean. The staff was nice. They was incredible. I recommend anybody to go to the Hilton downtown Charlotte if they are in town, I’ll give it a five star.
