Professional, efficient, and beautiful describe this property and staff. I arrived on a late flight. I arranged for the complimentary transportation by calling an automated number, followed the van on a website as was suggested. The van arrived in a timely manner and the driver was professional and courteous. I was checked in quickly, along with a flight crew. I found my room, which was upgraded for me. Everything about my stay here was perfect. I definitely will stay at this property again when I return to Charlotte.

We arrived for check-in, and one of the rooms was not yet ready. It wasn't until 5:00 PM—after we requested that they look for alternatives to find a ready room—that one was finally located. At the restaurant, the waitress was very friendly and polite; the only downside was the lack of variety on the menu, especially for children.
