A Wonderful Stay in Charlotte — Highly Recommended! Our experience at the Hilton in Charlotte was excellent from start to finish. Traveling as a family, we always appreciate a hotel that provides a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere, and this stay certainly delivered. What stood out most was how enjoyable and relaxing the overall experience felt. Sometimes it’s the simplest things that make a hotel memorable, and this was one of those stays where we could simply enjoy our time together without unnecessary frustrations. It’s always refreshing to leave a hotel feeling completely satisfied with your choice of accommodations, and that’s exactly how we felt. Overall, a fantastic experience and an easy 5 out of 5 stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return the next time we’re in Charlotte. A hotel we’d confidently recommend to others visiting the area.

Really nice and clean lobby rooms could be updated furniture outdated carpet could be upgraded to luxury vinyl or hardwoods. Would have loved to enjoy sitting out on the patio but the furniture wasn’t cleaned off, chairs were dirty and some even had bird poop all over them…but overall it was ok, I’m a Hilton honors member so I always book their hotels

Really lovely architecture and modern, spacious rooms - great shower - staff was friendly - one server (Rebekah?) even got my 84 year old mom slippers when she joked her feet were cold, and gave me hot tea to go when I said I liked it. Main downside was breakfast ($22 for powdered eggs and pre-packaged danishes and the same kinda stuff you get other places for free), and little things like $5 water (even in the "executive suite") - seemed "nickel and dimey" to me. Enjoyable stay overall.
