Great experiences, spacious rooms, cosy waiting area. Very convenient. the only thing is the parking charge, they said they already removed because the event we attended offered free parking, but, after one week, the charges are still there.

The King suite was clean and stocked with everything you needed for your stay. The hotel is pet-friendly, too. The bar had great food and drinks, and the bartenders were friendly. The staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing!! I highly recommend staying here.

Overall stay was great . I was not a fan of the layout of the room . They need to relocate the bed , it’s to close to the bathroom. I do not like you don’t have maid service every day . Staff was great !

Pleasant Surprise in South Park

Lovely property and comfortable, well-appointed suite. Unfortunately did not get to enjoy many amenities as a thunderstorm knocked out hotel power during our stay. Staff was excellent, however, in providing flashlights and help during the “adventure”. Pleasantly surprised by above-average options on the included breakfast buffet, and restaurant-like feel to the separate dining area. Highly recommend.

I hope the Hilton/Homewood company values the extremely hardworking front desk and cleaning staff at this busy hotel. They were working hard to take care of the many guests while I was there -- and some of the guests were rude and disrespectful of the front desk staff. The staff remained incredibly patient and professional throughout. Every one of them -- and everyone of the cleaning staff who have huge rooms to quickly clean (including kitchens) deserves a raise!!

Very clean! Amazing staff. You do have to pay for parking which is 10.00$ a night. The rooms are very spacious I would definitely recommend if you want to be close to the mall.
