Our rental car was broken into along with others. The suspects were caught by the security from the hotel across the street and retaliated with gun fire. We didn't have peace of mind staying there. Also, the 6th floor is being worked on so there was a lot of hamer banging in the morning.

Property is under construction! All the rooms are a mess with partially completed projects, Sheetrock dust and painters tape. Very little hot water. Hallways have floors with half tile down and trip hazard everywhere due to it.

My stay was awesome. Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating and extremely nice. The biggest things I look for when I stay at a hotel is cleanliness, the size of the room, the area it is in, and how the staff reacts to the guests. I would give 5 stars for everything I mentioned above.

Our stay was really nice. We came for a concert and stayed for just a night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy. I recommend staying here for a few nights if you come to charlotte.
