This vacation home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher a coffee machine, and 2 bathrooms. The pictures are great but they do no justice to the actual feel. You will feel the energy as soon as you step in. The lighting helps the energy flow all the way through. This place is very peaceful but you have the option to turn it up a notch!! You will enjoy this place , The tv and firepit and grill on the patio creates a great vibe for friends on football night. This place is great for family gatherings events even a special night out with a significant other!

Perfect for our Bachelorette Group!

Location and place were perfect!! The inside was beautiful and perfect for our bachelorette group. Two assigned parking spots were also available. Very clean and host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Don’t let the exterior fool you this townhouse is completely stunning on the interior with new finishes and updated features the overall vibe was amazing for my boyfriends birthday. Jay was an amazing host we will definitely be booking again !

Halloween Gathering

We had an amazing time at Jay’s Place for our Halloween party! The atmosphere was perfect and really set the mood. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the space, saying it fit for Halloween. The layout was ideal for mingling, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Jay was also incredibly accommodating and responsive. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue to celebrate. Highly recommend!

Birthday sleepover

The stay was great just got a little confused on which townhouse it was because there were several TH that had the electronic lock on it. You can tell that the previous person/family that stayed had a dog because mine and my daughters allergies were on 100. Other than that everything was just as advertised

Great stay with a great design

Had a great experience, host was understanding and accommodating with check in, place looks exactly like the pictures and was very cozy and rustic. Would def recommend a multi-night stay.
