The main level of Lake Effect features a bright, open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining areas, and kitchen—perfect for gathering and entertaining. The fully stocked, modern kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with sleek appliances, generous counter space, and island seating for four, making it easy to prep meals while staying connected with the group. *Pool season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day. During the off-season, pool heating is available for $100 per day.

We've partnered with a nearby marina to offer our guests brand-new tritoons, delivered right to your dock for convenience. Just ask about boat rentals, and we'll arrange for one to be delivered directly to you!
📌 Important Notes for Your Stay:
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.

We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
