Welcome to Lake Norman Escape- true Lakeside Luxury! Let it all go and take in all Lake Norman vacations have to offer. Although you are never going to want to leave this backyard, you are conveniently located near HWY 77 (about 1 mile away from Exit 35 - Mooresville), shopping, dining, and attractions! This home is perfect for any family vacation!

Kick-off your shoes and enjoy the outdoor lake living space which includes a large fire pit, hot tub, kayaks, sandy beach areas, a private dock for swimming, fishing (fishing poles included with this home), and lots of unforgettable memories - reconnect with your family and friends in a quiet & relaxing home! This home is very spacious with two full kitchens, dining areas, living rooms, and sleeping arrangements for up to 10 in 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The foosball table, cornhole, covered patios, and cozy electric fireplace will keep the whole family busy and happy!

Please note: This is the very spacious lower level of this property. There is a separate, upper level apartment which is occasionally occupied by the owners. Rest assured that you will always have full and private access to all the amenities this property has to offer, the lake, dock, patios, yard, fire pit, grill, sandy beach areas, kayaks, paddle boards and hot tub. The owners are very quiet when in residence and try to be invisible. They want you to fully enjoy your vacation at Lake Norman Escape.

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Beautiful property with lots of fun things to do. Took my teenage grandchildren and at one point they were either fishing, playing cornhole or in the hot tub! We rented a boat so that was fun too! We tubed, water skied and boated all over lake Norman. Wonderful place ! I give this a five star😊

The house is amazing and more then what is needed for a lake stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, liked that it was in the shade. The kayaks and paddle board were very fun! The board games were a big plus also! The only downside were the geese and their messes every morning.

Property was just as advertised and accommodations suited the wide range of ages in our family. Lots of outside games to play and 2 kitchens helped when we cooked large meals indoors and stores all our libations in extra fridge. Dock area was great and close boat ride to small islands with sandy beaches.

This is a great property, worth every penny we spent to reant it. We did meet the owner as he was changing the filter on the hot tub, great guy that said he was just minutes away if we needed anything. The lake is beautiful and we got to take our rented boat to see Michael Jordan's home on the lake. The town of Moorsville was beautiful and we found all we needed there. Overall, A GREAT PROPERTY!!
