  • Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway which includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has 1 King bed with an ensuite master bathroom and a washer/dryer laundry closet. The 2nd Bedroom has 1 Full bed with a Single bunk bed above. The hall way has a full bathroom including a soaker tub only with a hand held wand shower attachment. You'll have the apartment to yourself. This is a lakefront property on Lake Norman with easy access to Hwy I-77 (1.4 miles) , a Harris Teeter grocery store (1/2 mile), and many restaurants within 2 miles (several restaurants on lakefront within 3 miles). This private apartment is perfect for couples needing to get away, small families of 5 or less, or for someone with a short term work contract or longer business stays. There is a full time renter in the apartment below and next door.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time is no later than 11:00. Leave all the used towels on the bathroom floor. Keep the used beds unmade. Take the trash out to the back porch...out the back door to the garage.
Load the dishes in the dishwasher. The cleaners will start the dishwasher when they arrive.
Please throw away any leftover food in the fridge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please keep your noise down to inside voices. We have full time renters below. No jumping on furniture inside or out.
No lifeguard on duty. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! The water is deep. Please wear life jackets if you are not a good swimmer.
We have plenty of water floats available if needed. Please let us know if you will want to use them to swim.
