* Security Deposit: A refundable $150 security deposit is required after booking. This will be collected through Airbnb to cover any potential incidentals.

* Guest Verification: As per building policy, all guests over the age of 18 must provide a government-issued ID after booking.

* Background Screening: The primary guest completing the booking must successfully complete a background check through our secure, third-party screening system.



IMPORTANT: Failure to complete these required steps will unfortunately result in a canceled reservation with no refund. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a secure community for all residents and guests.
