  • Unique home custom built for vacation accomodation. Mountain Style Log design with over 3000 square feet of living space on Lake Norman's Main Channel. Furnished and styled for cozy vacation retreat feel and relaxation. Located just west of bustling Mooresville off of HWY 150 with easy access to local attractions such as Concord (NASCAR and Concord Mills Mall), downtown Charlotte, Hickory (Furniture Central) and shopping and restaurants.

    Canoe, Peddle Boat, Stand Up Boards and a variety of Kayaks available for rent right on the property. Contact owner for listing of equipment and rates. Also focusing on wedding guest accommodations (property is available for smaller weddings on the lake!) and family reunion events. Movie and music library available upon request.

    Interior of this home boasts beautiful woodwork, stone accented walls and fireplaces, and warm ambience throughout. Natural exterior surroundings with special touches such as solar lighting, maintained grounds, extensive patios and fire pit, and wide-open water views.
