This is an up and coming neighborhood with construction right next door. The inside itself is beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed our trip and the communication from owner was perfect.

Absolutely perfect!

Everything about this space was perfect! It was so clean and so user friendly! The bedding was so comfortable and everything smelled so good. The views and the location was so great and I couldn’t have wanted anything more! I hope next time I get to Charlotte I can lock down the same property!!

Panthers Game Getaway

Perfect spot for our group,for our Panthers game weekend.Close to downtown but in a very quiet neighborhood,plenty of things to eat and visit nearby.The home was clean and well kept. Already planning our next trip!!

Clean Home with Close Proximity to the city!

The half of the duplex we stayed in was very clean and in a great location. Beds were very comfy! Fran was nice and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. I would note there isn’t a washing machine and the amount of towels provided were limited so you may want to bring extra. Great stay and would stay again!

It was a great christmas vacation in Charlotte! The house is nice and super clean.Fran the host was the best!he is so nice and checking us everyday if we are ok.the neighborhood is so quiet…..over all our stay in charlotte was the best!

5 star house at all - phantastic

I enjoyed the time there. A cosy, well equipped house and extremly clean. Phantastic. Near to the city. I walked only about 30 minutes or drove 5 minutes maximum.

Charming clean home

We were in town for March Madness. We enjoy breweries and great food in addition to looking for close proximity to the stadium. We had access to all in this location. The pictures and description were accurate We thank our host for sharing the home for our fun visit to. Charlotte!!

Cute and clean rental

The property is cute and clean and exactly as pictured. The check-in process was easy, and communication with the owner was good. It is close to downtown and has convenient parking. I did not realize there was no washer and dryer. I would have given five stars except for two things: The thermostat was locked down, so I had to text the owner each time to adjust the temperature, which wasn't ideal. Also, the mattresses were covered in plastic mattress covers, which were very uncomfortable and noisy for sleeping.

Perfect location!

Perfect size and location! Clean and nicely decorated. The owner is very responsive. It is a duplex and could occasionally hear the people next door but nothing that disturbed us. Overall a great experience!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a short drive/Uber from multiple spots we wanted to visit. Very clean, check-in process was super easy, Fran kept in contact to make sure everything was just as we needed it to be. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!
