Lovely house set up with hotel amenities: coffee, WiFi, plenty of towels. Walking distance to several charlotte breweries and some other good bars/restaurants.

Such an adorable location!

The place was so cute!!!! And so clean!!!! The perfect size for my 3 friends and I. Great location, close to all kinds of things to do! Very responsive owners, easy entry, and very private. We had an amazing time, would highly recommend!!!!!

Location! Location! Location!

This home is in walking distance of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. We loved walking to get breakfast and shop. The house is cute and was perfect for the two of us. Erik and Celeste were immediately responsive and made checking in and checking out a breeze.

The property was listed as a 2 bedroom. It was not two bedrooms. It was 1 with two beds. We contacted the host immediately and he changed the listing. Both entrance doors looked like they had been repeatedly bashed in, so it didn’t give a feeling of safety and security. Location is great.

While this place is charming and has everything you would need in a good amount of space, we did not have a good stay. The neighborhood does seem safe, and the place is very conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. However, the door that greets you looks as if it’s been broken into at some point. When we arrived, we immediately noticed the bath mat was soaking wet. We hung it up to dry and went about our evening, enjoying the living room and TV. Around 10:30 when we went to get in bed, we realized the sheets were dirty. Both queen bed sheets had dirt/crumbs in them and both looked wrinkled in a way that looked slept in. We had to put sheets in the wash in order to go to bed. Fortunately, there was a washer/dryer and some pods are provided.The owner does respond quickly. When I reached out to him about these things, he offered an apology and a promise to talk to the cleaning crew.

Location is good. Walking distance to downtown NODA district. Nice off street parking. Cleaning up the outside overgrowth would make parking better. Plus, getting growth off of structure would make more appealing. The door had been kicked in at some point. This set the tone. Previous reviews did not tell the story. Bathroom floor is rotted and caving in. No amenities like previous reviews. No soap in bathroom and nothing to clean dishes with. Looked for dust pan for dirt we swept but no dice. Looked in closet for dust pan, but it just had junk stuffed in it. Under sink has water damage and a pot filled with water due to leak. I didn’t feel comfortable to even drink a cup of coffee. Bed was comfortable but we used our own comforter we brought for our son. Any one thing would probably be OK, but the sum of the parts is just a neglected place that should not be rented. We travel with our dog and are very tolerant and appreciative to be able to do so. However, we would not choose to stay here again.
