A beautiful Lake Norman rental, located in Denver NC. Bring your own boat, or boat rentals/Lake Norman available at the local marina. The home has 2 King, 3 Queens, 2 Bunk Beds with Full on Bottom and Twin on Top. The upper deck has a wonderful view of the lake along with a screened-in porch. The home boasts an oversized family room with a pool table, luxury handcrafted wooden beams. Imagine your family gathering around the oversized sofa for the ultimate game night. The home is filled with board games to gather your family together for some nights of strategy and laughter. Walk into the kitchen and it is fully stocked with everything you need for a gourmet meal. Every room is equipped with a 42 in TV. Step outside to a fully fenced yard overlooking the lake. The oversized porch has a BBQ and a fire pit to gather around at the end of the night for family time. Looking for outdoor activities, this home provides 2 kayaks, life jackets, tubes, a frisbee, yard dart bocce ball. Welcome to Lake Life Paradise, a home that you'll never want to leave. There are outdoor security cameras for your protection. Max 2 pets allowed when booked at initial reservations. Pet Fee $250.00 Current pet vaccine records and proof of flea and tick control required. Need a smaller space ask about renting just part of the home. For everyone's protection, the outside of the home is monitored by cameras located at the garage, and both decks. VRBO Listing 2116061. (Smaller space not available in the summer).

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our large family gathering. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed kayaking and spending time near the water. Just a few minor maintenance issues that make my rating 4/5.

We had a great family visit. Everything we could have possibly needed was there- from an extension cord to a pack and play to a full kitchen upstairs and downstairs! Note to property manager- you should update the listing that you also have a pack and play AND beach towels are provided there. That was not information that was available to us, but would have been helpful!

Our group went 9 deep. Plenty of room in this spacious home. Easy access to restaurants from car or boat. Just 25-30 minutes from CLT airport. Rapid response from management team via text. Will definitely revisit property in the near future

My family of 8 stayed here and it was wonderful. Plenty of room and huge yard. Loved the wood burning fire pit! Water wasn’t warm enough to swim in but kayaking was perfect.

House is awesome...clean...great layout. Weather didn’t cooperate (was cold for time of year)...but I can say that I’d rent this home again. Lots of space...screened porch was awesome. Comfortable beds...Would definitely be a great summer spot!

Beautiful lakefront property! Wonderful time with family and friends. I can't say enough good things about this property. One thing we loved was the kitchen was fully stocked! We enjoy cooking and had everything we needed. This beautiful lake home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house was great and accommodated 5 couples well. Kitchen was stocked for cooking and everything we needed to grill out and sit by the fire pit at night. The online guide was helpful in renting a boat for the weekend. Checkin and checkout was very easy. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay on Lake Norman.

The property is in a wonderful location, family friendly and nicely appointed. Great porches, terrace and dock. Ate all meals on the screened in porch, it was lovely. Kitchen had all necessary equipment for home cooked meals. Pool table was fun on our rainy day. Thank you Brandon

Fantastic property on the lake. Very comfortable and well stocked to enjoy. Wish we had had more time to enjoy all the amenities at the house but we were busy with wedding activities. There was plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 kids.

Grill is Blackstone flat top on a propane tank, but was full. Firewood is provided. The bunk beds are not in a separate room, theyre in the bottom section right next to the kitchen. This is a duplex turned into a single unit and has lots of space. You pretty much don't need to bring anything except a can opener. There is a hunge number of tvs all over. Most of the guests had reception issues, but wifi in the house seemed to work good so just turn on Wi-Fi calls. Also, the dominos near there is super good. Food lion and abc up the street.

LKN is my happy place. 3 adults and 7 kids (18-23). Just loved the house and all the extras provided by the owner. Quiet area with lovely neighbors!!
