  • This peaceful place is centrally located in one of the best areas of Charlotte. While being just a short distance from uptown, this lavish apartment resides in a serene Myers Park neighborhood. The unit has a fantastic view of, and is right across the street from one of the nicest parks in the city, Colonial Park, which sports multiple tennis courts and a playground. Many incredible restaurants and specialty coffee shops just a short walk away. Plenty of free parking on premises.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
This property was OK for what we needed at the time. The cleanliness was not great paint peeling off walls. The washer dryer combo in the property didn't work. Television in master bedroom didn't work. Homeless person sleeping on bench across street just wasn't an appealing situation all around. Then communication with host was difficult. Then my phone number was given to hosts brother and had to begin communicating that way. My only issue with that was i was never asked about my information given to family member. So over all it was OK but was not happy about the situation or experience over all.
