Welcome to Lake Norman Living! Be one of our first guests to this wonderful two level home with a private heated pool & separate hot tub! This home is loaded with amenities including a converted game room garage with ping pong, foos ball and shuffleboard table - and with 1 of the 6 SMART TVs located throughout the home! Enjoy a nice, relaxing trip on the lake through one of the four kayaks provided free to our guests - two adult and 2 youth kayaks - or turn up the competition with a game of corn hole! At night, settle in near the firepit and reconnect with your friends and family! Have a boat or jet ski - pull up and tie them up to the private dock.....or interested in renting a Tritoon? Let us know as we have a partner that will deliver the boat to the dock and pick it up when your reservation is complete - super convenient!

Please Note: The pool is heated to 81 degrees between April 15th and October 15th each year - please contact us if you are interested in heating the pool outside of this window of time as we MAY be able to offer heating at an additional price; will be weather and temperature dependent.

This home, like many on Lake Norman, is on a private septic system - we have 5 rooms with beds for flexible sleeping with the house having a 3 bedroom septic system.
