The front desk receptionist has a very bad disposition needs to be more pleasant when greeting potential customers. The Hotel need to be remodeled from top to bottom.

When we arrived the door open hard no soap dish in the shower toilet seat falling off when we spoke to the clerk she did not look at us overall I would never stay at this Quality Inn again total disappointment continental breakfast terrible

It was a good experience just need to be updated as far as bathroom ie toliet you had to hold the handle for it to flush. The sink was clogged and it looked like the bath tub was patched. The staff was great. The bed was broken on the right side head of the bed

On both occasions that I have stayed here, they have been doing construction late into the night. Banging on the floors until 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. at night. They don't clean the rooms everyday. Their breakfast is lacking even for a continental breakfast. The food is horrible. The staff is rude. It's unfortunate that this hotel is the closest thing to my job site.

that has been the worst hotel that i have ever been, unsafe, with homeless people and drugs and alcoholics i stayed 1 hour and the representative just gave me my deposit back , out of courtesy she should have just reimbursed me my complete money i will never ever show or go by that hotel ever again

Our first time here but nice stay. Very friendly and helpful desk person. Only drawback was way into room. We could park immediately outside our room but sliding door didn’t work so we had to walk to central entrance way and lug our bags that way. I have a terminal disease so this was somewhat difficult.

Room unclean. Sheets and night table dirty. Room was prepaid, but I had to pay an unexpected pet fee when I arrived and then had to put a 100 on a credit card for a deposit i would receive in 10 days.

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower fixtures were loose and pulling out of the wall. Website listed a $25 pet fee but on checkout, discovered they tack on a $50 cleaning fee also. Having a dog for one night almost as expensive as the room.
