Staff was extremely friendly. The room we stayed in needed some TLC. The handrails, toilet paper holder, etc. were falling off the walls. The hotel did not have any bottled water available for its customers.

There were hookers and pimps right outside. Felt unsafe to walk to restaurants. We left and did not stay the night. Our money should be refunded. Otherwise will never use Radisson again.

Front desk clerk was friendly and offered good service. Other than that the hotel is in a bad area, our room smelled like stale cigarettes, we had one towel, the halls smelled like weed. Nothing really good to say, we won’t be back.

For our purposes the site was perfectly located. Facilities were clean, comfortable, and maintained. While we had minimal contact with the staff they were competent and professional.

Hotel caught on fire on the 4th floor. Everyone was evacuated outside of the building in a timely manner as to no hotel guest were injured but i happen to be staying inside of a hotel suite which unfortunately was flooded due to the fire. Upon returning back inside the hotel. I was only provided a hotel room which I felt was an unfair inconvenience.

I thought this hotel was appropriately priced, but there was a minor hiccup upon check-in-- I was accidentally given a room that was undergoing renovation. So to haul all my stuff to the room and then have to haul it back down to the lobby was a pain but otherwise the hotel was clean.

The front desk assistant was AMAZING. Not her fault. There was NO hot water at the hotel. I quickly booked this hotel because I wanted to stay near the airport. No one mentioned the hot water wasn't working until I attempted to shower, and it never got hot. The woman said that maintenance was alerted but they said they turned it on. Multiple other guests complained before us. If I was told upon check-in that there was no water, I would have said never mind and booked another accommodation. Also, the room was mildly clean. The cloth chair was covered in stains (seriously, multiple different large stains), and the walls in the bathroom were not clean (different substances). If the hot water was working, I would have overlooked everything else, but hot water is the bare minimum.

The night staff was very polite & patient. However, the connecting door to the other hotel should stay closed. That way customers don’t confuse them. Also, the morning shuttle van driver was horrible. He did not take us to our correct airline departure section. Therefore, making us walk extremely far. I have difficulty walking far distances. He only made that hard on me. He need to take a class in communication & kindness.
