- NOW HOSTING MONTHLY STAYS (30+ nights). Move-in-ready furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in east Charlotte - built for travel nurses, corporate relocations, and families between homes who want a real house instead of an apartment.
Fifteen minutes to Uptown, Plaza Midwood, and NoDa; about 10 minutes to Atrium Health University City and an easy drive to the Novant and Atrium central campuses.
Two queen bedrooms, one full bedroom, plus a fourth flex room with sofa bed that works well as a home office. Two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer in the laundry room.
The quarter-acre fully fenced backyard with patio and string lights is ideal for dogs - pets welcome (2 max). Fast WiFi, smart TV with major streaming apps, smart-lock self check-in, and carport plus driveway parking. Utilities and internet are included in monthly pricing. We're experienced hosts (4.78 stars over 80 reviews, Superhost) who live out of state but manage responsively - typical reply within the hour - with trusted local support minutes away.
The house is professionally cleaned between every stay. Exterior security cameras on the property (outside only). Available November 1, 2026. Ask us about 2-6 month stays.
