Nice stay
We had a nice stay. Much better than us all staying in a hotel. There was no spa/hot tub that was mentioned in the amenities but we didn’t have time for that anyway since we were traveling for work.

Very welcoming
Guests were super happy with responsiveness and cleanliness of the house. It was secluded and quiet and just the right spot for the family to chill before back to school! Dee was quick to respond to my many questions and accommodating on all parts. Would highly recommend!

Cute country house
Nice deck to enjoy star gazing and morning coffee. Only hiccup was the barking dogs next door but not super close and overall a great experience. Appreciated the stocked coffee kcups too!!

Functional, no frills
Our stay was fine. No major issues. Some minor inconveniences: - We found 2 irons but no ironing board. - No bedroom TVs (living room is the only TV in the house). - Ceiling fans were either not working or set on full blast with no way to reach them to adjust (could only turn on/off with wall switch). - No full-length mirror anywhere. A few things needed maintenance, but I messaged the host, and she said she'd look at them when she visits soon. She was generally friendly and polite. The bed in the master bedroom is low (as another review mentioned), but it's comfortable. The house was clean. No weak toilets or lack of hot water. Peaceful location on a cul de sac (with the exception of the neighbor's hound dogs barking in their outdoor kennel, but nothing the host can do about that).

Home Away from Home
We were looking for three things in a rental where we would be staying for a month. The first need was easy access to our daughter’s home in Waxhaw, this property absolutely hit the mark!!! It was perfect. The other 2 features we wanted was a King bed & a fireplace. The king bed missed the mark, it didn’t have a box spring so it was very low to the floor, too low for us. There were pictures of a fireplace but it is non-working so that was a little disappointing. We had requested some deck furniture because the back yard is such a beautiful setting, the owner had the furniture delivered right away. Over all it was a very good stay.
