  • Beautiful, brand new, upscale waterfront home on quiet cove but close to big water. Enjoy all that Lake Norman has to offer!! Very close to The Landing restaurant and other waterfront restaurants. Wide array of nearby amenities - shopping, restaurants, US National Whitewater Center, and just a short drive to Uptown Charlotte.
    Spacious dock to accommodate your boat or a rental! Guests are welcome to use Stand Up Paddleboards, kayak and other water toys.
    Each bedroom has 55" TV with cable (including HBO) and Amazon Prime video.
