The hotel is amazing!! The staff is super helpful. They go above and beyond to help guest get the best experience. I recommend this hotel!! By far the best and most reasonably priced hotel in Charlotte area. The rooms are spacious as well. Excellent hotel and staff!!!

My room was clean upon arrival/check-in. Staff was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent also. However, I still have not received the $150.00 deposit back. This was requested @ check-in November 25,2025. I was told it would be refunded after bout ten days after check-in.

Honestly, everything was good from check in through check out. When i arrived the young lady whom checked us in was really nice & sweet. She made me feel really relaxed & valued on my first stay. Our well-appointed one-bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. The cold citrus water at the entrance and complementary cookie was welcome after the long drive. The bed was comfortable, the suite was spacious, and kitchen had all that we needed. The pet-friendly room is a plus. We will stay again when we are in the area.
