Lakefront Cottage, spacious and completely renovated craftsman home
- Relax, unwind and have some fun on the lake! Our newly renovated Cottage at Stumpy Creek rests on an over one acre flat, shady grassy lot in a quiet cove on Lake Norman. Dine out on the large deck, sunbath on the floating dock and swim in the peaceful cove. Explore the lake in our kayaks and paddle board. Lake Norman State Park is close by. Launch your boat from nearby Stumpy Creek Boat Landing, and dock it beside our newly renovated dock. You will love the tranquil setting, but you are just minutes away from great dining and shopping!
We just celebrated the 52nd anniversary in our family’s home on Lake Norman. We are delighted to share this newly renovated 3200+ SF cottage with you. The bonus room and sleeping loft give just the right space to spread out and have some private space, too! I know that each custom detail will accommodate your family and group's needs.
You will love the large deck and custom landscape in the beautiful back yard. There is plenty of room for games in the spacious backyard. Enjoy the patio and fire pit by the lake! Walk down the custom stone steps into the lake or jump off the floating dock!
