Staff was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable, but the common areas need alot of attention. There was alot of patchwork on the walls, broken tiles, one elevator was out of service, doors to go out were out of service and some of the furniture was pealing. We stayed one night for a concert at the Spectrum. We like to stay at the Tyvola exit because of the convenience to the train.

I changed my booking from Travelocity to Hotels.com . Adding a Restaurant and a Bar for Conviance + full Breakfast. Apon arriving l asked where is the restaurant? The reply I got was Chilli's down the street ? Where is the bar ? Chilli's down the street.The full Breakfast was full to go breakfast,or Continental ! Wow😲 I got taken. I'm done with that dump, done with Hotels.Com and done with North Carolina !!!

The staff was amazing! They helped me with my reservation that had been canceled however the carpet had stains, room tile and tub is outdated and not falling apart. It had a smell to it. The toilet and everything around had rust.

If you need a place to stay then yes by all means stay there. The room was very well kept together. The rest of the hotel not so much. The ceiling was leaking. The elevator alone was an experience. Breakfast was good.

The first day the halls smelled really bad as if there was a sewer problem. The elevator stopped working and I had to take the stairs most of my stay. The staff was really nice and the room itself was in a ok condition.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. When I arrived there was a woman at the front desk complaining bc her car had been one of 6 broken into the night before I was worried but had no issues that night when I stayed. The elevators weren’t working most of my stay which was a hassle when you’re staying in the fourth floor. Staff was very nice. For the price, I would stay again.

Expected more out of Wyndham

The staff was absolutely amazing, the hotel itself is old, dilatated and antiquated. Checked in and my door wouldn't close and had to move to another room. The hallways and all the rooms smelt like wet carpet. ALL the furniture was peeling and old and even the so called room decor had rust on them. Wasn't much they could do, but the front desk staff was truly understanding.

We had two rooms for us going to WWE. The hotel was quiet and clean. The beds were comfy and the pillows were perfect! (I have to have good pillows when sleeping because of my back) The breakfast was delicious the next morning.

Room did not appear to be cleaned very well. Toilet seat was not attached to the toilet at all. Bottom of the tub was dirty. Found a fake fingernail on the floor carpet torn up at the bathroom door, breakfast area, chaotic and not laid out well. However, the staff was very friendly.

Definitely a reason it is lower priced than others around the area. Run down, dirty, in need of repair in places, things that were "repaired" looked like they were put together with chewing gum and tape. Pool WAY out of commission and might possible be terminal. Staff was pleasant kind, however, spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else.
