"Very helpful staff. Saved us a lot of confusion by getting us checked in earlier than the stated check in time. Had a wedding to attend and needed the room to get ready and the staff came through BIG TIME!"

"Checked in late at night and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful guy behind the desk. Didn’t stay long at the hotel but it seemed to have all the amenities one could want. Would highly recommend."

"The staff was not friendly. We were waiting about 30 min in bar to be seated and reminded a stuff 3 times! We explained our friends about to leave and we can seat instead. They said no. We have to wait. As soon as our friends left they said “oh yes, now we will clean up your table”. Nonsense. The air conditioner is too noisy. Impossible to sleep with that sound. Two kids of friends of mine got stuck in the elevator and spent their about 25 min. The elevator repair man said that’s it’s been a wild and he doesn’t remember how system works. So our friend helped him to open the elevator. The experience could be much more better"

"Have stayed in many “Extended Stay” properties, never one without a fully stocked kitchen to include plates, bowls, glassware, silverware, a coffee pot, paper towels, etc. Room also did not have a hair dryer, and the front desk was out of them. Nice hotel, clean room, but it was severely lacking in common items expected when provided a full kitchen."

"Loved our time here and would Highly recommend. The room was spacious, clean, very comfortable and had great amenities with shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion. Also Had a small refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom was very clean as well. Hotel was lovely, with free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from. And the tea and cookies from 4-6pm each day was a nice touch."
