Our stay at the Shenandoah Crossing was wonderful! The setting was beautiful and the cabin was awesome! Very clean and modern with the rustic feel. All staff at the lodge were helpful and very nice! Our family enjoyed our stay very much! We’re already talking about making this a yearly trip! Thank you!
The only thing I could suggest is to please list the incidental fee amount on the confirmation information.
Other than that our trip was much more than we anticipated!!
The place was immaculate and cozy . We loved the ease of being so close to Charlottesville and Gordonsville . Staff and lodge were wonderful. The pool and jacuzzi clean and well maintained. Great for family reunions and unfortunately for us funerals . We would definitely recommend to anyone
My family enjoyed Shenandoah Crossing and it’s proximity to so many attractions. My kids enjoyed the pool, mini golf and tennis courts during our stay.
The cabin is small but cute and clean, and comes fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay. Needless to say, the fireplace is a myth, and so is the MBR patio. Those exist in the larger cabins, but not in these ones. Based on the prior reviews, I did write to the property managers, who assured me that the cabin would have a working fireplace. Needless to say, that was a lie, and the pictures represent false advertisement and are not from this property. If it were not for the fireplace debacle (which was a huge disappointment), I would rate both the cabin and the resort top notch.

Cabin did not have a fireplace as pictured during booking. Was really disappointed not to have a fireplace for our Anniversary getaway.
Cabin was comfortable clean and spacious. We enjoyed the nearby caverns and the on-site mini golf. Cabin did not have a fireplace as pictured, but was otherwise similar.
We had zero chance of swimming despite asking about amenities before arrival. With the current Covid sign-up process used by the resort, all time slots were fully booked by the time we checked in and waitlists were 5-13 people long. System does not work since we passed a completely empty pool on two occasions!
I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean and well supplied this property was. It has all the essentials of home. We were offered use of many, many amenities - golf carts, guest laundry, mini golf, swimming pool, activities and fishing on the lake.
