"Desk staff were very friendly, professional and always willing to assist with any questions. The restaurant offered a good buffet for breakfast with unique Mexican cuisine options...nice! Our first night there, the shower was clogged...we called the front desk and a team was dispatched immediately. They came in about 10 mins and repaired the issue; fantastic service. Only recommendation I would share is to vaccum the carpet better. I kept find long hairs all throughout...wasn't mine as I don't have long blonde and gray/white hair. Besides that, hey...really beautiful hotel located in a perfect spot with a shopping mall merely a few steps away. 👍 "

"Beautiful clean rooms. Very comfortable and quiet hotel. In a great location with lots of restaurants, cafes, parks and walking within just a few steps of the hotel. Staff is amazing as well. We always stay here when visiting Guadalajara. "

"Restroom was smelly all the time. No laundry you have to pay extra for that. They only clean once a week. There is lots of noise too. The staff were nice but I don’t recommend this place for long stay couple days would be fine. "
