"I had a wonderful overnight stay at the Graduate by Hilton Storrs. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the staff provided excellent, friendly service throughout my visit. Every time we called housekeeping for any type of needs they told us to pick it up at the front desk which is sub par service. Also, when I search up to stay somewhere I like to ensure they have a hot tub/spa since I have back problems. So I specifically booked Homewood Suites because they had an hot tub/spa in the pool room. And what do you know? Hot tub...
