Only a one night stay

We booked the hotel to attend a music concert at the Futurascope Arena. The hotel is clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The bar has tables with games on them which was a unique touch. Check-in was easy, staff where very friendly and efficient. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that their were no drink making facilities in the room and the bathroom and toilet area were tired. We would use the hotel again.

Somewhat brusque check in but all other staff could not do enough for you including the lovely lady on breakfast who was kind enough to sit us in the bar and get us a coffee when we explained we didn't want a full breakfast despite being rushed off her feet. There is a pizza vending machine in the carpark which actually is not bad.

I only took this hotel, because I am used to make a stop at Futuroscope. I found the personelle rather unfriendly and partly incompitent. I was disappointed that on saturdays and subraya no meals are served.

Lovley but confusing check-in

When we arrived, the two young ladies on reception (one on Ibis, one on Ibis Budget) both insisted that I needed to have a sheet of paper to be able to check in. (Bond du something). The booking number or my noame were worthless. Gallic shrugs all round. Eventually, I said I had not booked as a package with our Futuroscope tickets, and smiles and dcomprehension dawned, our number was looked up, my name was there. Really, these receptionists should not assume everyone has booked a Futuroscope package. I only realised those were available after booking the hotel. I would have printed out everything I was sent, so was mystified that a non-existent piece of paper was vital. This was very upsetting after a long drive, to think we had nowhere to sleep! After that, all was perfect.

É importante ter atenção ao reservar a hospedagem com café da manhã, pois no check-in é dito que o sistema não inclui essa reserva para crianças e por isso um pagamento adicional deve ser feito.

Chambre petite pour trois personnes. Ajout d’un couchage à la place d’un bureau par exemple. Donc pas de place pour circuler. Lavabo qui était bouché et la climatisation qui fuyait. Le buffet du soir pas terrible du tout. L’effiloché de canard était indigeste et ressemblait plutôt à de la pâté. Assez déçu.

Surement le meilleur hôtel ibis de France, cela fait 30 ans que je sillonne la France pour mon travail et dans cette gamme d’hôtel, il est le mieux équipé, le plus propre, un petit déjeuner et restaurant au top et un personnel très sympathique !

Petit dejeuner la personne qui s en occupe est horrible et tres drsagreable Je prenais pour mon traivail souvent ibis je vais arrete car la cet ibis j ai eu mauvaise experience que j ai signale Apres comme cet ibis style et avec le ibis butget j ai remarque dans l ascenceur une affiche qui vous indique qu elle chambre est ibis style et budget et comme j etais dans les 100 je pense qu il mon mis dans un budget paye en style Je pense que je vais l eviter longtemps

Hôtel facile d’accès, parking où vous pouvez laisser votre voiture pour aller au parc à pied. Le personnel d’accueil aimable et vous expliquant et répondant à vos questions sans problème. Hôtel, équipements, services, accessibilité au top. Néanmoins, la chambre pour 3 n'en est pas une: un lit escamotable ouvert qui ne permet plus de positionner une valise au sol (seule une valise cabine trouve son support), pas de prise électrique d'un côté du lit double, pas de serviette de main, uniquement 3 serviettes de bains et 1 tapis, volets qui fermé laisse passer la lumière. A la vie pro, je suis à plus de 100 nuitées par an en hôtel, de quoi comparer.
