"Dominique and Laura are wonderful hosts. We travel extensively, and this was one of our favorite places to stay! The location is peaceful and serene. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay . . . delicious and homemade. The home is about 15 minutes from Saint Emilion and near several wineries. I highly recommend staying with Dominique and Laura!"

"Élodie is wonderful and easy to communicate with.The villa was clean and comfortable. The garden was relaxing.There were a few of us with mobility issues, which made gravel path a bit difficult to maneuver with suitcases.We would definitely stay again.Thank you Elodie"

"This property is very well placed to explore both St. Emillion and the surrounding areas. We were interested in seeing mulitple villages as potential ex-pat relocation spots. The location allowed us to knock out multiple villages each day. It was very clean and the gated parking area is very convienent."

"Food is excellent and we were made very welcome despite arriving late for dinner after a long drive. The chateau itself is a lovely building in a beautiful setting and is furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and modern. Atmosphere is relaxed and informal. We didn’t have time to use the spa facilities but will do next time we visit."

"Exceptional property very tastefully furnished and equipped. We were met by Gaby who showed us around. The location overlooks the canal and the swimming pool was a real bonus. The town is fairly quiet but we enjoyed just going for walks to see the vineyards and local attractions. Bread and croissants were a short walk away and the restaurant on the other side of the canal did a good meal with wine followed by dancing which was entertaining.All in all this was a great place to stay and you will not be disappointed. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed spending our afternoons on the deck watching the sunset over the vineyards. We hope one day we can stay again."
