"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu plein de charme et d’histoire. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par David Coustenoble, qui a su nous captiver en nous racontant l’histoire de cette ancienne commanderie, un endroit véritablement chargé d’âme.Les chambres, décorées avec goût dans le respect du style du lieu, offrent un cadre à la fois authentique et confortable. Le calme environnant ainsi que les espaces généreux ont parfaitement convenu à notre groupe de 12 personnes.Un lieu que nous recommandons sans hésitation pour un séjour convivial et dépaysant."

"No outlets in room to charge your phone. No coffee machine in room. But the decor was lovely and classy. The breakfast was underwhelming no cheese eggs or meat. However the croissants were huge and amazing. The woman who checked me in was kind and accommodating. But the male staff at breakfast was standoffish and not warm or welcoming. The grounds could use some more landscaping befitting of a chateau."

"We arrived to find the the hotel is undergoing renovation. That included a new carpark being resurfaced leading to a rather dirty temporary reception area. Our room was OK, but the shower was missing one door so that water ended up all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was nice and it is easily walkable into the centre of Bourges, but we were not prepared for what state the hotel would be in for our short stay."
