I was one of the transferred ones from one hotel to another due to overbooking and no availability of rooms, and the customer service assistants were very understanding and accommodating. Clean room, very relaxing after all the hassles. Excellent staff support for a firat timer in Paris."

"I stayed here while attending a wedding at a nearby château. It was convenient and overall a good stay, but as expected with a budget hotel, the services are very basic. There isn’t always staff available on-site, Ubers can take a while to arrive, and there aren’t food options close by. Works fine if you just need a simple place to sleep, but don’t expect much beyond the basics."

The staff who chdcked us in was very slow and it took around 30 minutes for us to get our room checked in even though we had paid for room in advance. The most terrible moment was when I went for shower and the next room water was all over the room. There was some leaking issue and when I told the reception staff he was like so what. No courtesy to say even sorry once. Avoid this hotel. "
